My check boxes are acting like radio buttons, You can check all of them and only one shows up in the email. I'm a newby and need some help.

| Checkboxes are designed that way - if you need only one to be selected, you should use radio buttons |

| I thought that was what check boxes were for, check as many as you want. The radio button will only let you select one item. |

Sorry, I misunderstood.
Make sure each checkbox has a value set when it's checked. It can be as simple as "Yes" or "Checked" - without something, they won't show. |
